Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AI Engineer with deep expertise in AI, cloud ecosystems, and backend engineering.

This role requires not just coding ability, but also architectural thinking, leadership in AI-driven projects, the ability to integrate across cloud environments and bootstrapping AI agents using the latest AI development platforms across various cloud providers and open-source ecosystems.

You will collaborate directly with executive leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), and strategic advisors, converting their deep knowledge into agentic workflows that enable intelligent, accountable, and automated actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in backend software engineering with 5+ years in Python development.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML system integration, preferably with large language models (LLMs) and embeddings.
  • Proven track record in cloud ecosystems, with deep understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning.
  • Familiar Technologies:
    • Databases: Neo4j, Pinecone, PostgreSQL.
    • Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django.
    • MLOps tools: model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines.
    • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization.
  • Skillset:
    • Excellent problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills.
