Job Title: SAP EWM Module Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in workshop discussions and assume ownership of the SAP EWM Module.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Configure the SAP EWM module to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM Module trends, features, and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the SAP EWM module.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project Delivery Timeliness: Percentage of projects delivered on or before the agreed timeline.
  • Business Satisfaction: Business team satisfaction scores based on feedback and surveys post-implementation.
  • Issue Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve business user-reported issues and incidents.
  • System Uptime: Percentage of system availability and uptime for SAP EWM.
  • User Adoption Rate: Percentage of business-users effectively using the SAP EWM module post-training.
  • Configuration Accuracy: Number of configuration errors identified post-implementation.
  • Training Effectiveness: Feedback scores from training sessions conducted for business users.
  • Process Improvement: Number of business process improvements identified and implemented through SAP EWM.
  • Documentation Quality: Completeness and accuracy of project documentation maintained.
  • Professional Development: Number of SAP certifications obtained, and professional development activities completed.
