Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated professionals who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets.

The role involves guiding leads from enquiry to webinar to admission to EMI closure.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling/BPO.

Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).

Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.

Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.

Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.

PASSION FOR EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTOR IS A PLUS.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Daily Calls: 200+

WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+

Conversions: 10–15% of leads handled

EMI Collections: 100% adherence

Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal
