The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Design Lead to collaborate with our design leadership team in developing innovative design concepts for corporate interior spaces.
  • The successful candidate will prepare detailed and coordinated interior design drawings, including tender, construction, and as-built documentation.
  • A key responsibility will be to ensure that all design work meets our high standards, maintaining consistency in documentation, quality of work, and professional presentation.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with project teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure designs are executed seamlessly and meet project timelines and budgets.
  • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF PRESENTATIONS TO CLIENTS AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of corporate interior design projects.
  • Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in developing concepts from initial sketches through to full project implementation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; ability to create detailed and accurate design drawings and 3D models.
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
