Global Education Alliance Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Education Alliance Manager to join our team at SI-Global. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 45-60 colleges in the region, planning and executing events, and generating leads to promote our study abroad programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a master's degree is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- College Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with 45-60 colleges in the assigned territory, plan regular visits, and execute events to promote our study abroad programs.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute seminars, webinars, and counseling desks at partner colleges to promote study abroad programs.
- Lead Generation, Validation & FCI Follow-up: Identify potential leads from student engagements during events, ensure timely follow-up, and use digital tools to manage and track leads.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in key account management, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
- Territory Management: Proven ability to manage a specific territory and build relationships with educational institutions.
- Event Management: Experience in organizing events, such as seminars or webinars, within academic settings.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools for account management, event scheduling, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a master's degree is a plus.
