You will be on the front lines, providing strategic support, solving technical challenges, and ensuring our clients get the best from our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  • Provide hands-on support through calls, emails, and chat, resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  • Understand and communicate client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  • Escalate complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.
  • Actively gather and share client feedback with the product team to drive innovation and improvement.
