Senior Data Analyst - Digital Insights

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering in-depth data analysis and insights to drive business growth and optimization.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed data analyses and insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear goals and objectives for digital initiatives
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • 6-9 years of experience in digital analytics, data science, or related field
  • Expertise in web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics preferred, Google Analytics acceptable)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with omni-channel experiences and customer analysis in retail space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
