Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate databases
  • Create and manage data models
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
  • Communicate findings with management to inform program strategies and improvements

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistics and data modeling, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Prior experience in the social sector or non-profit organizations is an asset but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and data analytics experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
