Job Title: Automotive Manufacturing Trainer
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team as an Automotive Manufacturing Trainer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for teaching and sharing their knowledge with others.
Key Responsibilities- To train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the subject matter.
- To develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our students and align with industry standards.
- To assess student progress and provide feedback, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- A strong background in Mechanical and Automobile subjects, with a good understanding of industrial practices and procedures.
- The ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license (for those responsible for transporting students).
