Project Opportunity

The Project Management practice within our organisation aims to ensure successful and consistent delivery of solutions to customers across various industries, effectively manage commercials, and secure committed revenue while maintaining healthy margins.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, implement best practices and new methodologies, and deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget to achieve higher revenue and maintain healthy margins for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully implement projects by applying project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Mange a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  • Have a good understanding of products to converse with clients confidently and build trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.
  • Support country services leaders, practice leads, and sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals (incl. statements of work approvals/project management estimates).
  • Adhere to governance & project reporting using project management tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Overall 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective project manager experience.
  • Worked in a reputable bank, system integrators (SI), product company (like ours) and/or software organisations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • Delivered end-2-end large/midium software projects using waterfall & agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud , originsations , customer onboardings domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in loan originsations, fraud, deciding, customer management.
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based implementations & on-prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, Safe.
  • Willng to travel (20-30%).

Desired Qualities:

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken english & hindi, marathi optional.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage and motivate project teams spread across geographies, department and organisations (clients and partners).
