Job Posting:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in infrastructure automation to lead the development of scalable and maintainable systems.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across hardware provisioning, configuration management, and full-stack automation—spanning hardware to Kubernetes—built on GitOps principles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee a fully automated deployment pipeline for cloud infrastructure spanning hardware → OS → Kubernetes → platform layers.
  • Create robust workflows to manage end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle—from provisioning to continuous compliance.
  • Develop automation solutions for bare-metal control, firmware flashing, hardware inventory management, and configuration drift detection and remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and extend internal automation frameworks using Ansible, Python, and related tooling.
  • Serve as a technical authority and mentor, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with hardware, SRE, and platform engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and systems design, with a strong track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Primary key skills required are Ansible, Python, ipmitool, firmware scripting, Linux shell scripting.
  • Deep expertise in Ansible, Python, and related tools for low-level hardware management.
  • Proven experience with bare-metal automation in data center environments.
  • Strong foundation in Linux systems, networking, and Kubernetes infrastructure.
