Data and Analytics Practice Leader Position

Our healthcare organization seeks a seasoned leader to build and lead our data services practice from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in healthcare technology and data practices, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a comprehensive data practice, including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Maintain annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments.
  • Create standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate our services.
  • Drive business development and manage the financial performance of the practice.
Data Strategy & Analytics:
  • Align data strategy with healthcare client business objectives.
  • Leverage analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop predictive analytics and AI solutions for healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH).
Team Leadership:
  • Cultivate and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
  • Foster collaboration with client executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation and technical excellence across all data initiatives.
  • Oversee technical infrastructure and reduce technical debt.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in data leadership roles with a proven track record of building data practices.
  • Healthcare payer and provider technology services background required.
  • Experience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue contribution targets.
  • P&L responsibility and business development experience.
