Role Overview

You will play a key role in improving and optimising our real-time speech AI models. You'll work on analysing, processing, and modelling data to make our systems smarter.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models
  • Experiment with data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance.
  • Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models.
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A strong problem-solver with a passion for learning.
  • Experienced in Data Science and related fields.
  • Familiar with speech processing or NLP.
  • Proficient in Python and data science libraries.
  • Knowledgeable about machine learning frameworks.
  • Familiar with working on datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
