We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a key position in our organization. Below are the details of the role and what we expect from you.

">Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail business, wider audience, economic and market environment in which the organization operates.

They should be aware of Agile software development process, change and release management. A solid grasp of development and testing life cycle knowledge is also essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in managing workload and deliverables.

Able to coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met.

Good project management and communication skills are necessary to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Constant communication and follow-ups with various stakeholders to track deliverables during test planning, preparation, and execution phases as applicable.

Daily status reports with accurate execution and defect metrics to senior managers for agreed cut-off time set for application release/project.

  • Awareness and understanding of retail business, wider audience, economic and market environment in which the group operates.
  • Awareness and understanding of Agile s/w development process, change and release management.
  • Strong development and testing life cycle knowledge
  • Strong sense of responsibility in managing the workload and deliverables.
  • Skill to coordinate with clients and with respect to all the testing.
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Should be able to highlight and escalate risks/impediments to the SM
  • Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverables during test planning, preparation and execution phases as applicable.
  • Send out daily status report with accurate execution and defect metrics to SM for the agreed cut off time set for the application release/project.
