Build Meaningful Connections as a Community Manager

We're seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to be the voice of our brand across social platforms. As a Community Manager, you'll nurture our global family by creating engaging content, fostering genuine interactions, and building long-term relationships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate content that resonates with our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Actively manage groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring they remain active and engaged.
  • Foster daily connections with followers through thoughtful responses, comments, and meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
