Web Development Role

At our organization, we strive to create innovative and high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals and enhance user engagement. We are currently seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our marketing web properties.

This role involves working closely with our Marketing team to design and develop responsive websites that meet our brand guidelines and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. Additionally, they should have experience with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site performance, running regular audits, and providing directional suggestions to improve user experience and conversion rates. They will also collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality web pages and landing page concepts using Webflow
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and other key metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines
