The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing daily social content, maintaining visual systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.This role requires the ability to translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share. You will work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Daily Social Content: Create Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Maintain Visual Systems: Develop and maintain our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Concept to Creative: Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes.
  • Motion & Video Support: Create lightweight motion graphics and edit simple reels when needed.
  • Data-Informed Design: Iterate based on performance metrics with rapid A/B tests.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media.
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Comfort with data visualization.
  • Solid typography & layout fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in fast sprints and deliver on deadlines.
