About this role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Test Data Management Specialist.

  • Develop and implement test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Work closely with DBAs, developers, testers and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica TDM, ILM and Persistent Data Masking.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager and Model Repository Service.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts and data migration testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
