CNC Machinist Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing products.

This role requires strong knowledge of G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.

• Develop, write, and test CNC programs for various machines.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
• Maintain documentation and program archives.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with mechanical engineering preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer (2-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360).
• Strong understanding of G-code and CNC machine operations.
• Familiarity with various materials.
