Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead client-facing consulting engagements and drive financial transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements and provide financial and strategic advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
Financial Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Provide recommendations on financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability.
Project Management
  • Manage financial consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within-budget results.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and other project materials.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants in their career development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/MBA-FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with expertise in financial analysis and advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism.
