The Commercial Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and strategic planning across non-aero services and facilities. This includes developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize revenue from retail, food and beverage, advertising, car parking, and other non-aero services.
Collaborating with senior management is essential to align commercial strategies with the airport's broader strategic goals and market positioning. Conducting market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service across the airport.
- Oversee day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all non-aero services and facilities.
- Manage the commercial budget, ensuring it meets the strategic objectives of the airport.
- Track budget performance, addressing any deviations and making necessary adjustments to stay within financial targets.
- Implement cost-effective practices to optimize spending across non-aero services and resource allocation.
- Regularly review and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement and ensure that commercial activities are conducted within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance competitive edge across retail, F&B, advertising, and leasing sectors.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and industry regulations, manage risks effectively, and maintain a secure environment to safeguard the airport's reputation and assets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with commercial partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth through CRM systems and personalized service offerings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field with a focus on commercial management, strategic planning, or airport management.
- At least 20 years of experience in a commercial function, with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
