Job Title: Senior Web Developer

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled web developers to build high-performance websites using WordPress and Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring optimal functionality, SEO, responsiveness, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly websites.
  • Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Leverage Webflow CMS collections, custom animations, and interactions for dynamic website features.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and traffic.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing web experiences.
  • Monitor website performance and ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and advanced features.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO strategies and how to implement them in web projects.
  • Awareness of modern web design trends, performance optimization, and responsive design.
  • Experience with website security, malware removal, and data protection protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
  • Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
