As a seasoned technical leader, you will drive the development of our blockchain infrastructure and products. We're building something audacious, a new digital infrastructure layer that puts users, builders, creators, and developers first.

Our mission is to distribute participatory power to billions of people in the digital economy. You will work with cross-functional teams to create a technical vision and detailed roadmap for our blockchain products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision and detailed roadmap.
  • Lead technology and architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation and code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality and security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent stream.
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience in blockchain products.
  • Hands-on experience in software development using ReactJS and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
