Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity expert to join our team and drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for customer projects/accounts.
  • This role involves working closely with customers to plan, design, configure, and diagnose Cisco's suite of products, services, and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include assisting customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance, as well as supporting presale activities and translating business requirements into solution design.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Additionally, they will create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer, while aligning technical deliverables to customer business outcomes.
  • The selected candidate will also drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services, and comply with and support company policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on experience with Cisco products and services.
  • Expert-level knowledge of security protocols, threat analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
