This role demands a versatile individual with exceptional marketing skills, who can excel across all aspects of marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence.
  • Manage social media activities including content creation, posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Support SEO efforts with keyword research, blog posts, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce creative assets for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and culturally relevant initiatives.
  • Contribute to email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns with sharp copy and timely execution.
  • Research competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • A marketing generalist with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or related fields.
  • A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • A creative thinker who's also comfortable with numbers and analytics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
  • Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing.
  • Organizational and project management skills with attention to deadlines.
