Caregiver for Patient Rehabilitation

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients' homes to conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on healthy living practices and injury prevention
• Conduct home visits to provide ongoing care and support

Requirements:

• Degree in physiotherapy (BPT)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a physiotherapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical health and fitness
