**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Reservations Associate to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
You will identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room types, and verify availability of room types and rates. Additionally, you will explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers, accommodate and document special requests, and answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
