About the Role:
SAP is seeking a Senior Security Compliance Specialist to join our Information Security team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing the Security Compliance team's goal and vision. You will advise the product team on the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to govern the protection of corporate infrastructure and applications. Your primary focus will be on effectiveness and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the development of risk identification processes related to privacy, third-party, and export controls with products and services.
- Apply DPP security standards to products and services.
- Advise on the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to govern data protection, third-party risk management, and adherence to export control and trade sanctions.
- Maintain awareness of evolving security standards based on industry and geographic jurisdiction.
- Actively research and learn current and latest regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to mature and improve risk management capabilities.
- Assist leadership in defining and achieving KPIs in cooperation with Management.
- Support internal and external audit, including follow-up activities.
