We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to play a key part in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop workplace projects from concept to execution.
  • Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to bring designs to life.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to contribute your ideas and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • A strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is necessary for effective project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment is vital for delivering high-quality results.
