Lead Interior Design Strategist

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a talented design team and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences. As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in interior design, including people management and leadership roles, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the success of each designer and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the team to achieve sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and expansion.
  • Developing design partner conversions and mentoring unit leaders to perform at their best.
  • Improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by ensuring promise fulfillment to customers.
  • Predicting and managing project collections, working towards target numbers.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to.

Requirements
  • A diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, including people management and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent astute design expertise.

Successful candidates will have a passion for interior design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
