Job Title: Finance Manager

This is a highly dynamic role in our finance team, focusing on financial planning and strategy to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing complex financial modeling and analytics, as well as validating financial baselines and case ambition savings. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, value collection modeling, and support automation and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing financial models and analytics to inform business decisions

Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably in a global corporation
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and high level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting software

  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. CPA)
  • Experience working in a multinational capability center
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software
