About this role

AB InBev India is looking for a Senior Manager who can drive the planning and performance cycle in the People team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets, and finding efficiencies to deliver financial savings.

Additionally, they will partner with key business stakeholders to drive the Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle for India BU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for BU India including policy adherence, reviews, and 1 Year Planning management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from a tier 1 Business School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Fast-mover with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Takes initiative on issue identification, consulting broadly within and across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
