We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Trivium Education Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data on product ratings through mystery shopping and analyzing terms and conditions documents.

You will also be tasked with staying up-to-date with market trends, developing methodologies to track these trends, and maintaining accurate information in the Insight Portal. Additionally, you will be responsible for scoring various brands based on derived information using Google Sheets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent subject knowledge, organizational skills, and strong English communication skills (Reading/Writing/Spoken). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and prior experience in the Banking and Insurance sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Gathering data for product ratings, including mystery shopping and analyzing terms and conditions documents.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developing methodologies to track these trends.
  • Maintaining accurate information in the Insight Portal.

Requirements
  • Excellent subject knowledge and attention to detail.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is Rs 25000-30000 CTC per month.
