Telephony Systems Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.
  • Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer – systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.
  • Work with Contact Center technologies including Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, and WFM systems.
Requirements:
  • Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, AI.
  • Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM.
