Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

  • This individual will be responsible for performing various types of testing to guarantee software quality for our optical metrology systems, covering integration testing for hardware/software systems, system interface testing, functional testing for software services/modules, regression and benchmarking testing for system performance etc.
  • The successful candidate will also cover the end-to-end metrology solution workflow from operating optical metrology tools in acquiring measure data, preparing and setting up recipes for measurement, to producing thin film/OCD metrology solutions.
  • Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, this Quality Assurance Specialist will design SQA testing strategies and plans based on product requirements, system specifications and technical design documents.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with product, hardware, software, application, characterization teams and identify software quality gaps providing solutions. Additionally, staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies is essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related discipline required.
  • A strong passion for quality and taking ownership is crucial for success in this role.
  • Critical problem solving and strong analytical skills are necessary for this position.
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance is essential.
