Job Overview

We seek an experienced Data Scientist to deliver impactful insights and drive strategic outcomes across the business. This role demands deep expertise in data analysis, translation of analytical findings into actionable initiatives, and effective stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging structured and unstructured data using advanced tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop targeted data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize business outcomes and customer experience
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to meet specific business needs
  • Use Power BI to visualize complex data insights and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead the automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using cloud-based tools and programming languages
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics frameworks to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization
