Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced content strategist who can develop and implement compelling content plans that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content across various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and web pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the content process end-to-end, from ideation and writing to final approvals.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with designers to bring content to life visually (infographics, eBooks, etc.).
  • Review and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback.
  • Analyze data to measure impact and refine content strategies.
  • Coach and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality.

Requirements:

  • 4–12 years of content experience in the IT industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience in writing for diverse formats and audiences.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and content performance analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
  • Able to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile team.
