Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Planning Engineer to assist in the planning and execution of various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for studying tender documents, verifying BOQs, preparing project bar charts, and maintaining drawing registers.

Responsibilities:

  • Study tender documents and verify BOQs as per purchase order
  • Prepare project bar charts and maintain drawing registers
  • Identify and calculate resources required for each project
  • List out required materials and prepare indents
  • Collaborate with PMs to prepare budgets and cash flow statements
  • Calculate asset requirements and prepare BBS reports
  • Maintain ERP data related to planning and budgeting
  • Manage vendor registration and work orders
  • Maintain hold and hindrance registers
  • Prepare daily progress reports and enter DLR/DPR data into ERP
  • Prepare bought-out item lists and PRM data
  • Reconcile labor and material costs
  • Prepare client bills and labor bills
  • Develop ABC reports and MOMs
  • Identify extra items and submit rate analysis reports
  • Prepare cost comparison data and document records

Required Skills and Qualifications: M.E./B.E. Civil or D.E. Civil degree, 2-10 years of experience in construction planning and management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
