The Position

We are looking for an experienced Global SEO and SEM Manager to join our team. As a key expert within Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and YouTube, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recommendations and execution that drive business impact for our global and local websites.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, develop, and implement SEO, SEM, and YouTube strategies.
  2. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic and paid search campaigns.
  3. Track, report, and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives, and campaigns, including building reports and dashboards.
  4. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  5. Be a master user of SEMRUSH tool for SEO audits and ensure data integration to Paid Media dashboard.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant area.
  2. 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  3. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  4. Hands-on expertise and experience with digital tools, including SEO, SEM, and YouTube.
  5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Ads.
  6. Ability to analyze data, provide evidence-based recommendations, and think critically.
  7. Strong stakeholder management skills and good time-management skills.
