Job Title: Pension Senior Associate

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional to support our Group Head Legal with various tasks, including drafting and reviewing diverse documents and agreements.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Group Head Legal on legal research and compliance advisory, litigation, disputes, and related matters of the Organization.

  • Legal Associate will draft and review legal documents, including agreements, policies, etc.
  • Research regulations and laws and keep the Organization informed of any prospective changes in law and its impact on conducting business/ operations.
  • Analyze and research case law, statutes, regulations, and documents.

The ideal candidate should be meticulous, with a keen analytical ability, excellent Microsoft Office skills, good communication & written skills, and strong project coordination skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • India qualified lawyer from a reputed law school or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a recognized law firm.
