Plastic Components Lead

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development of plastic components and associated tools. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and suppliers.
- Develop and industrialize new tools and components, collaborating with purchasing to select suppliers.
- Prepare mold specifications, conduct mold flow analysis, and review tool design to ensure robust part delivery and critical to quality (CTQ) requirements.
- Select, validate, introduce, and standardize new technologies and processes in the plastic components domain.
- Estimate mold and part costing, plan and schedule mold manufacturing, and establish molding process parameters.
- Ensure plant acceptance and provide final sign-off on tool and process.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Tool and Die Making.
- 10 years of experience in plastic metallic tooling development and molding process development.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work successfully in a multicultural virtual environment.
- Experience working with suppliers, supporting and troubleshooting molding process and tooling issues.
