Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Noida or Hyderabad. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in your work, while also collaborating with our business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega application development.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and its application.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize Pega applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to staying updated with Pega platform advancements and best practices.
  • Experience in large-scale Pega application development projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
