About Response Informatics Limited

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with expertise in Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Delta Tables, Unity Catalogs, GitHub, and GitHub Workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions using Azure technologies.
  • Develop and implement pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance using tools like Unity Catalog and Azure RBAC.
  • Leverage GitHub and GitHub Workflows to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration across teams.
  • Optimize the performance of data pipelines and storage for scalability and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare architectural documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in data architecture, Azure technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years in data engineering/architecture with a focus on data solutions design and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Tables, Unity Catalog, and GitHub.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, PySpark).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and workflow automation using GitHub Workflows.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.

Azure Certification: Azure certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate) is desirable but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics pipelines.
  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
