We are looking for a Business Leader to join our team. This role will be based in Mumbai.

Executive Vice President – Marsh Multinational (EH&B and Non-EH&B)

We are seeking an individual who can:

  • Generate new business and retain large accounts.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Drive discussions with CXO's and Senior Directors
  • Cross sell products with existing clients.
  • Advocate for claims and provide servicing.
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Analyze existing policies, suggest better terms and negotiate with markets.
  • Retail and expand existing client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community and industry.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
  • Manage teams effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • A degree such as an MBA.
  • Technical skills such as MS Office.
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
  • Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles.
  • Understanding of Employer market segment.
  • Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
  • Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
