This Sr. Consultant position focuses on delivering exceptional Citrix desktop and application virtualization infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities include leading lifecycle management initiatives, deploying new use cases, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive Citrix-based virtualized environment strategies.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead lifecycle management initiatives to ensure efficient deployment, maintenance, and retirement of Citrix solutions.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix technologies with existing systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and expertise.
To succeed in this challenging role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Citrix Technologies: In-depth knowledge of Citrix Workspace, XenApp, and XenDesktop.
- Windows Components: Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, and NTFS Permissions.
- Public Clouds: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms.
- Networking: Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network security concepts.
- Scripting and Automation: Familiarity with PowerShell and other automation tools.
