Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for Press Dies to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and developing CNC programs for press dies, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CNC programs for press dies using software such as UG NX and Tebis.
  • Monitor schedules and analyze plan vs. actual performance.
  • Have knowledge of press die functioning and CNC machine working processes.
  • Check machining feasibility of dies and ensure part completion within timelines.
  • Monitor die parts quality.

Requirements

  • Good drawing reading skills and knowledge of fits and tolerances.
  • Knowledge of complete CNC operations and FANUC/Siemens controls.
  • Able to generate MACRO CNC programs and make die machining process planning sheets independently.
  • Knowledge of different die materials and die design.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, team management and leadership qualities, analytical skills, and ability to implement new ideas.
