Job Title: Accounting Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the end-to-end finance and accounting functions of two business entities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel or resort accounting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate records for Whispering Woods (Rooms) and Basil (Restaurant).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

2. Accounting Operations:

  • Record daily transactions, including guest revenue, F&B sales, and expenses.
  • Manage petty cash, vendor invoices, supplier payments.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure statutory compliance and drive cost control.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Prior experience in hotel or resort accounting.

2. Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
