The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality finance products and services to clients. To achieve this, the candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchasing new commercial vehicles through direct sourcing, dealers, or market references.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner. They must also ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice the First Time Right principle.

Actively generating and passing on leads for cross-selling products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag, wherever applicable, is another key responsibility of this role. Ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies is also essential.

  • ">A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in OEM, dealer sales, banks, NBFCs, or similar sectors">
  • Relevant experience in used commercial vehicle finance">
  • Excellent contacts in the local vehicle finance market">
  • A working knowledge of English and fluency in the regional language of the state applying for">
  • Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage">
  • Comfortable using Excel, ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office, and email">
  • Clear communication skills in written English">
  • Graduation in any field, post-graduation (MBA or any PG) would be an added advantage">
