Visual Storyteller & Motion Graphics Expert

We're seeking a talented Visual Storyteller & Motion Graphics Expert to elevate our visual narrative and bring our brand to life through motion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging animations that effectively communicate our brand's values and message.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and refine motion concepts that align with our brand's vision and goals. Your expertise in animation principles, typography, color theory, and motion design best practices will ensure that our animations are polished, engaging, and effective in communicating our message.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create high-quality animations that tell compelling stories. You should also be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, and have a strong understanding of motion design trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and craft motion-driven visuals for UI animations, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Art Direction teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
  • Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.
