Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and manage data ingestion processes to capture accurate and complete data from diverse sources for our systems.">
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient release management, guaranteeing timely and successful deployment of application updates and enhancements.">
  4. Monitor application performance and data pipeline health, promptly identifying and addressing anomalies or potential issues.">
  5. Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner, conducting thorough incident reviews to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.">
  6. Analyze application logs, system metrics, and data using Databricks and monitoring tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.">
  7. Identify and resolve data-related issues, troubleshoot data quality problems, and propose solutions to optimize data workflows.">
  8. Deploy and manage applications and data infrastructure efficiently utilizing Azure Cloud services.">
  9. Document incident reports, resolutions, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.">
  10. Continuously improve support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve the overall reliability of applications and data systems.">
